Square One Homes was launched in 2011 by Trevor and Amanda Tilton, local entrepreneurs who wanted to improve rental housing opportunities in Eastern Jackson County. Starting small, they have carefully renovated each unit, turning properties into attractive, well-constructed places to live. Today, Square One remains a family-owned business that currently offers residential properties, including single-family homes, duplexes and apartment units.
